Oklahoma lawmakers reach deal on personal income tax cuts

Gov. Fallin (R) and GOP House and Senate leaders struck a deal on tax cuts Thursday, paving the way for passage of the state budget by early next week. The state legislature is scheduled to adjourn next Friday, May 25.
